Defining a framework for entrepreneurial success

How do you determine the commercial viability of an idea?

What are the preliminary IP considerations?

As we learned in part one, in order to be successful, an aspiring entrepreneur or new company founder will have to get to grips with intellectual property as one of the main pillars of the business. There are three facets to this exercise: identify the IP, protect the IP and know how to commercialise IP. In this video, Joe takes us through these concepts as we explore the different types of protection, their appropriate uses, cost implications and other considerations.
